Re: Latest betting odds
Well, if it’s not Nathan Jones and it’s not Aaron Ramsey, why don’t they appoint Buckingham? Unless we’ve managed to piss him off, I can’t see any reason for further delay.Originally posted by The Bloop View Post10am 11/6 Ramsey not listed at all, Des Buck odds on.

Re: Latest betting odds
Normally it would suggest they have info. that he's going to be named manager. Anything else, and he'd still be in the betting, even at long odds. Bookies don't miss an opportunity to take more money.Originally posted by the other bob wilson View PostWell, if it’s not Nathan Jones and it’s not Aaron Ramsey, why don’t they appoint Buckingham? Re: Latest betting odds
If Ramsey has been removed entirely, wouldn’t that mean the betting companies are convinced he’s got the job?Originally posted by the other bob wilson View PostWell, if it’s not Nathan Jones and it’s not Aaron Ramsey, why don’t they appoint Buckingham? Re: Latest betting odds
That’s kind of what I was thinking, but didn’t explain it well enough. If we were a “proper” club, you’d be thinking that there’s something else going on here, but with us, it’s more likely to just be the normal sense of drift.Originally posted by Jamsarnie View PostIf Ramsey has been removed entirely, wouldn’t that mean the betting companies are convinced he’s got the job?

They know no fool will put money on Fergie, they would be more than happy to take Ramsey money until he's confirmed as El Rambo.Originally posted by The Bloop View PostOr that he's no longer an option. Same reason that odds on Alex Ferguson or Arsene Wenger aren't listed.

It's this, they're not allowed to offer odds on something that they know can't happen. There's a chance Mr Blobby could become Cardiff manager, they seemingly think there's no chance Ramsey will beOriginally posted by RichardM View PostIt means they know he is going to Mexico
