Well, if it’s not Nathan Jones and it’s not Aaron Ramsey, why don’t they appoint Buckingham? Unless we’ve managed to piss him off, I can’t see any reason for further delay.

Normally it would suggest they have info. that he's going to be named manager. Anything else, and he'd still be in the betting, even at long odds. Bookies don't miss an opportunity to take more money.

Buckingham may turn out to be a good choice but he now seems to be the only consustent name. We seem to be fishing in a very small pond when there is a large pool of bigger fish out there.

That’s kind of what I was thinking, but didn’t explain it well enough. If we were a “proper” club, you’d be thinking that there’s something else going on here, but with us, it’s more likely to just be the normal sense of drift.
