Ball moving very slow on the pitch because of the snow. How long does it take for under soil heating to take effect? I assume it’s not left on this time of the year.

Ball moving very slow on the pitch because of the snow. How long does it take for under soil heating to take effect? I assume it’s not left on this time of the year.

Poor preparation by Man City’s groundstaff really, I know snow isn’t expected this time of year but looking at the weather forecast might have helped a bit.

It is, Scott Carson, on loan from Derby, is on the bench for Man City, surprised he wasn’t in the team given the conditions and his experience of the Derby climate.

I was just about to say the same thing.
So often the top teams play out a boring game not looking to give anything away.
Both are going at it here.

PSG having to go for it is a big factor, it’s normally teams doing their utmost to keep Man City out with not much thought of getting a goal themselves. That first half flew past, always a sign of top class entertainment.

Really engrossing game this.
Not sure why Mbappe isn’t on the pitch for PSG as they need to get a goal back pronto.
Foden ,again, is looking a class apart. How good is he going to be?
Got a feeling that this game has a lot more to offer based on that first 45 minutes and am not writing off a dramatic come back.

As good as Foden is, and he is brilliant, he could have put this game to bed last week but missed badly twice. Saying that his misses has kept the tie alive.
