Hopefully, there will now be a bit of positivity shown when it’s actually confirmed, rather than the constant barrage of snide comments and belittling statements about him, criticise the owner and his underlings by all means and their seeming incompetence and condescending attitude towards the fan base but please, let’s at least give this guy a break and get behind him, at least until the final whistle of the first game!!.

Hopefully, there will now be a bit of positivity shown when it’s actually confirmed, rather than the constant barrage of snide comments and belittling statements about him, criticise the owner and his underlings by all means and their seeming incompetence and condescending attitude towards the fan base but please, let’s at least give this guy a break and get behind him, at least until the final whistle of the first game!!.

If we’re appointing another coach with little or no managerial experience then I hope the board give him more support than any of the others. Riza looked like he was a broken man facing the press on a frequent basis with no comments , support or appearances at any time from our CEO or MD. No coincidence that our 2 promotions were achieved by experienced managers who also knew how to handle the media side and probably management of the club in other areas we never get to see.

No matter how brilliant a coach this guy might be, he could start struggling with that side of things as he’ll get no visible signs of support from anyone else at the club
