Did you have an ice cream iin the interval and stand for the national anthem at the end?

The last film I saw with an interval was Reds. That was a long film (Oi Gluey - films are what you call movies!)

I have never stood for the national anthem since 1971. That was the year I walked out of the Boy Scouts in protest at having to sing the national anthem in praise of a parasitic family and a supernatural thing I didn’t believe in.

Carried on going to the pictures, though.
