Yeah I live off Whitchurch Road and it’s already building up here

Really can't see the attraction in things like this. If you're at the back what exactly are you going to be able to see? Probably nothing. If you get a spot at the front you'd have to get there hours early. You wouldn't be able to have a drink and if you needed to go for a wee you'd lose your place at the front. Sounds like a bloody nightmare.

I feel the same. I really don't feel any connection with live music from a vantage point where it's necessary to see a video screen to make out hands on a fretboard or someone's facial features. It seems a very remote experience.

Same thing happens with big sporting events or concerts in the Mill Stad, it's nothing new.

              This.

Best venue I ever went to was the Newport Centre. Saw loads of bands there when I was younger. 2K capacity. Every single area had a great view of the stage. Seating and standing available. No problem with going to the toilet or the bar. And the acoustics in there were absolutely brilliant. I hear that it's shut now though unfortunately.

Impressive queues for the ladies toilets on Wednesday , and a proper bun fight at the bar!
