Anyone else getting a bit concerned?

We were a poor side from start to finish last season.

We’ve since lost 11 players. Granted, some of them are no loss, but in amongst them are Ralls, Rino and Goutas, who have been amongst our better players in recent years.

So there’s little doubt we’re significantly weaker already, and that’s before we sell players. Does anyone think the likes of Robinson and Chambers are going to play League One?

4 and a half weeks to go and we’ve signed not a sausage. Even if we signed 5 today, would that be long enough to get any sort of rhythm going, particularly when the manager wants to play a certain way?

Given there is clearly going to be some adjustment time needed to get used to League One and BBM, I think all signs are pointing to a mediocre start.

It’s certainly odd. No rumours or anything. Has BBM been told he has to go with what we’ve got and blood young players? Who knows.

not concerned really. I think we will bring in a couple of players.
I'm more excited to see how the younger ones get on in this league

I can't see us bringing many, if any, in now. Listened to the BBM interview on the app yesterday and the overall vibe as that he was working with the current group and looking to improve them etc etc

He's going to need to be a miracle worker to get some backbone into the team via cones and bibs

Honestly think if the plan is to go with what we’ve got - or even less as it’ll be after sales - we’re making a big mistake

There seems to be this idea we are a good team which has underperformed. Not for me

He is an extremely inexperienced manager. Surely too much to ask to turn this rabble round as they are today

A decent (on paper anyway) signing would certainly settle the nerves for a lot of supporters I think.

Yes, if we go in to the new season with what we currently have we’ll get outfought every game.

Plan seems to be to cut costs, probably be a stable league one team.

I do wonder the effect of ongoing takeover discussions (if indeed anything even is going on). Tan would be unlikely to want to commit more cash in the meantime if anything serious was being discussed.

not "absent from training", just you didn't see them in the 2 minutes of video footage they showed from training.

O’Dowda with his porn star tache has been in a number of clips. Robinson & Ng less so but they’ve been in at least one.
