Better than the usual 'yeah, no, definitely'.

For many years, 'You know' was the stock phrase in interviews when people were not particularly erudite. Certainly in the 60,'s 70,'s and 80,'s it was used by many in interviews.

Don't think I have heard it for a long time now.

“I mean…” is another one. :facepalm: I interviewed a guy once for role in my team and every single answer he began with “I mean…”

I almost interjected during one answer to ask “what do you mean, you mean? You haven’t facking said anything yet”!!!

He didn’t get the job.
