WhatÂ’s surprised me is the number of people actually on it. Seems to be quite common!

I’m on it. I’ve lost 8st. That price increase will probably mean I stop being on it though.

I do go to the gym and I’m on a paleo diet, so hopefully I’ve managed to change my habits for when I come off it. It works though, fair play.

I’m on it for diabetes. In 15 months I’ve lost zero weight but my blood sugar has reduced by 60% & I’ve been able to come off insulin.

I have diabetes, no fancy diet, just cut my portion sizes. Had my check-up last week, lost almost a stone in 6 months. Not a great deal overall (still 16 stone), but my blood levels gone down to "pre-diabetic" level.
