Joint best in the football league with Arsenal and Middlesbrough - some way short of our record of 9 in a row from 1974 though.

the 5th longest unbeaten league run - behind Gillingham, Bromley, Palace, Bradford and WBA - Gillingham are miles in front with 18 games unbeaten! Our record is 21 games in 1947.

and we have the current longest clean sheet run in the league with 5 matches - next nearest is Bristol Rovers with 3.
Our all time record for that is 7 matches in 1976 apparently, so maybe a chance of getting close to that.

Well, as an omen, those 7 straight clean sheets came at the end of the 75/76 season when we won promotion from the old Third Division a year after we�d been relegated.

Pretty certain we didn�t win nine straight in 1974 mind - we barely ever won away in those days.
