True, but reading that the official MC was leading "F... you Rory" chants suggests this was almost orchestrated from the off. DeChambeau's screaming into Rose's face was appalling. He plays like a thug and acts like it.

Reading that, I don't just want Europe to win the Ryder Cup today, I want them to embarrass the Americans by handing them a record defeat. It certainly won't be hard for Luke Donald to motivate the team to do just that. Show no mercy and shut their loudmouth fans up for good.

You just know these arseholes are MAGA.
This is the female MC trying to rally the morning crowd (before she led the 'F you Rory' chant).
        Embarrassing!

Not sure what maga has to do with American cringe. They seem to do this sort of thing very well whatever the political leaning.

              Re: Ryder Cup

Although golf is an individual sport and the top players need to have steel like nerves and composure, the Europeans seem to easily adapt a team mentality, whilst the Yanks continually seem to struggle with that, and more often than not, look, and play like a team of individuals.
There supporters are as thick as pig shite as well, not realising that the more they shout obscenities, the better the Europeans will dig in and play.

They are so mentally strong to play their shots with thick as pigshit yanks screaming during the swing, to block it out is so hard.

Yeah, that's right. It was all Bill Clinton's fault at Brooklyn when European wives were spat at, the U.S. tam cheated, Montgomery et all were abused non stop for 3 days, and the U.S team [some] apologised for their and their fans' behaviour. Oh, and the Yanks trampled all over the 17th green making Olazabol's put impossible. Payne Stewart conceded his game to Monty because the abuse he was getting was so bad.

How you even managed to bring a political slant into this is quite some achievement.

Europe have a half point already before the singles tee off.

Viktor Hovland from Team Europe is unable to play in the Sunday Singles Matches due to injury.

The substitution Rule 3.d) of the Ryder Cup Captains’ Agreement requires each Team Captain to provide the name of one player, in the sealed envelope, who will not play in the case of an injury to a member of the other team.

The USA Team player is Harris English and under the Ryder Cup Captains’ Agreement the Match between Viktor Hovland and Harris English is treated as tied.

Hovland injured and misses the singles.

Half point awarded to each team.

Score now 5-12. Europe need 2 1/2 points to win or 2 to retain.
