I’m anxious as **** being here back in Wales not being there in case anything happens.

Everyone is different of course, but my dog(s) have mattered more to me than most people that I know and will know.

    It’s just how it is.
We’ve recently had to have our dog put to sleep and he was 14 and a half, due to a twisted stomach.. Our family is devastated, he was such a big part of our life and he came on many holidays with us.

Are there any details on the place he left his dog? It was a dog sitter type place I think? I can’t imagine what they’ve done to his old beagle, all cams turned off etc, why? If they wanted to extract money for some reason off him to get the dog back he would have paid by the looks of it? So weird
It could have also been quarantine related, depending on the legal requirements.

My heart goes out to you Mate.
Hopefully the happy memories take over the heartache soon.

I wonder if he regrets not taking the job if it was offered to him as we were led to believe. A good group of youngsters all doing well whilst it’s looking more and more unlikely he will make the WC squad as anything other than a cheerleader if Wales get there.

The situation he’s in seems bizarre. He’s been reported as saying that he’d been lied to about the dog and nobody is telling him the truth. It looks like he’s terminated his contract and is returning to the UK forthwith

Thanks Wash, we’re getting there, but still difficult.

I’m sorry for your loss, It’s incredible how they instantly become such an important member of the family. Our girl is 4 and people say she’s spoilt rotten, and my response is always absolutely.

Thanks for your kind words, a lot of the things we did, were planned around him. In time, as Wash says, the happy times will replace this sad time.
