I do not want to turn this into yet another Rubin thread but has there been another city player in eons that has generated the debate, opinion, views that Rubin has. Full disclosure - I love him!

tDavies is a tremendous servant to Wales, but he's not the player he was and that's been noticeable in this campaign. He doesn't have the legs to play full back anymore and I'd say we have adequate cover at centre back, he's not the loss he would have been 2 years ago

He hasn't played 1 minute for Spurs this season in all competitions.

I know these thing always tend to end up as discussion s on Rubin, but he seems the most likely of the four to get some game time to me.

I hope he'll have his shooting boots on in the next game, because we need to win by 6-0 goals.

I think Neco Williams & Joe Rodon are better players than Davies at this point

Davies is a tremendous servant to Wales, but he's not the player he was and that's been noticeable in this campaign. He doesn't have the legs to play full back anymore and I'd say we have adequate cover at centre back, he's not the loss he would have been 2 years ago

I get what you mean with experience but I think its important to remember that many of this squad have experience of qualifying for at least 1 major tournament

You think Neco Williams is a better defender?

Thought Davies looked poor against Belgium although he was playing against Doku who isn't too shoddy at this moment.

I thought Neco Williams wasn't as good as Davies.

Liechtenstein should see Wales not having to defend, North Macedonia though... I'm not really sure on the defenders in the squad if I'm honest.

At this point? Yeah, I'd have put him up against Doku instead of Davies

He was a regular in the 5th best defence in the Premier League last season

I think it's important to say what situation - against a pacy winger like Doku it's not even close it would be Neco. I can see scenarios where you'd say Davies is still a more solid defender especially playing against a team with forwards who tuck inside rather than out and out wingers.

Overall, yeah Neco's probably the better player especially with what he provides moving forward.
