Just saw Penarth deluged on the news.
Live near Cambridge, so haven't seen the rain in Cardiff at first hand.

Penarth seafront was flooded due to a combination of heavy rain and the high tide meaning the water couldn't drain onto the beach. In Cardiff ive seen a couple of cars stuck under bridges, but Monmouth seems to have had it worst of all.
