Why was he booked in the first place? He had totally lost his head but what was the first booking for?
It was a double dissent booking for the same incident which even more bizarrely was the correct decision for a foul by a West Ham player. He reacted to the decision got a yellow and just kept coming back at the ref.
Apparently, heÂ’s playing the victim now on social media.
He had clearly lost his head and this is the same guy who cried when he received a yellow card upon the end of the allegations in recent months. Clearly it has had an impact on him and a totally undeserved first yellow today has obviously seen him snap.
Everyone is an “it’s ok to talk” advocate until someone in the public eye shows some vulnerability both in their actions and then speaking up about it afterwards. We’ve a long way to go clearly.

It's a nonsense way to get sent off, completely unprofessional.
If he's suffering mentally with any illness he has my sympathy for that but like with most of us who have suffered in the past you usually have to still get on and work. I'm sure West Ham with their vast resources can and should help him if he needs it.
I'm sure he can explain his actions but it doesn't make it excusable and if that's how he reacts to every poor booking then he maybe shouldn't be out there in the first place.

Still a long way to go as I said ! He has spoken out about his actions being poor and the reasons for it/lack of support but social media etc is just full of people saying heÂ’s playing the victim
