Smarterscout on twitter (don't know if it's trustworthy source) has suggested it's easier to get a work permit for foreign player entering Scotland than England.

Clubs linking up is one way to gain advantage over rivals in your league, and it's easier to swallow when they can talk about shared mindset in running a club than shared link to sports drinks company, so wouldn't be surprised to see others follow suit. If Tan hadn't made such a mess of the rebrand here he could have used his other clubs in a far better way for us and them.
