I know not everyone is going to agree with me, but I’m going to put it out there. Kpakio is not as good as either Bagan or Ng.

Re: Kpakio
I’d say he’s currently not as good at defending as Bagan or Ng, but he’s better going forward. And he has plenty of time to learn his trade and improve.Originally posted by tforturton View PostI know not everyone is going to agree with me, but I’m going to put it out there. Bear in mind Kpakio’s only 18, while Bagan is 24 and Ng is 29.

That is a pretty sensible (and accurate) response as is Rjk'sOriginally posted by The Lone Gunman View PostI’d say he’s currently not as good at defending as Bagan or Ng, but he’s better going forward. And he has plenty of time to learn his trade and improve.

"he's better than either were at 18"
I think we can all agree that we have 3 pretty good full backs.

Re: Kpakio
We have a squad of talented young players, the likes of Kpakio, Lawlor Joel Colwill and Ashford who have probably no more than 100 league games experience between themOriginally posted by tforturton View PostI know not everyone is going to agree with me, but I’m going to put it out there. Their development (learning their trade) means there will be mistakes along the way
We have a few players who are a couple of years older Bagan, Fish Davies Robertson and Salech again who have a little more experience but not that much football league experience
We have a coach who has just come off the back of five wins on the bounce, we sit top of the league and have scored more goals than any other team in the league
We lost a game against good opposition in which we dominated
It happens
Could we have done better, of course we can, will this loss send us spiralling down the league?
I doubt it
The players, coaches and fans will just move on and look forward to putting another winning run together
The youngsters will learn and develop, and it’s probably a very good reason why no of them should even be thinking about which premier league reserve team they want to be playing for next season
There’s a long way to go for them before they should even start to think about moving on, and this is the best place under this coach to stay and learn imho
