Steve Borley repeatedly avoiding the question about a board level review.
He also contradicts himself when he first says "Going forward, we aim to always be ready with
succession planning for potential new managers", then later mentions the process they followed in the summer and says "I would
be very surprised if we didn’t go down this same route again if we need to recruit a future manager." That's not proactive succession planning, that's reactive. -

His answer isn't convincing. The way he talks about the academy makes it sound like they see relegation as a positive. Also when they finally get an action logged to see if the insights of the review (has there really been one?) will be released no one is listed as having accountability for the action.Comment
