Noticed WalesOnline mentioned very briefly at the tale end of this article that City were in the running for Adam Reach but now that is no longer the case.

Owls player Adam Reach is someone Cardiff were linked with and while the interested were genuine and talks were held, he has suitors elsewhere and the Bluebirds are no longer in the running for his signature.

Thoughts? Personally think he would have been a good addition to the squad and provide competition for the starting place against Murphy. Perhaps his wage demands were too high, or a bigger club is in the mix.

I would have liked to have given him a go at left wing back, but depends if we are going to give Bennett another year
