I remember Ron Healey at Shrewsbury throwing the ball out on the edge of the box against Doug Livermore's back and the ball rebounding nicely to one of their players for a tap in.

I can't recall who it was, but there was an incident many years ago when the keeper caught the ball on his line, intending to throw it out drew his arm back...over the line.
