  • Ebou Adams

Hadn’t realised he’d signed for Portsmouth for £500,000 in the week. Bit surprised at that move because he seemed to be a very important member of the Derby team - i suppose it should mean an end to the Alex Robertson to Pompey rumours mind.

I noticed that Curtis Nelson has also moved - to MK Dons on a free.

Forced out by Eustace it seems, Derby fans bemused!

Another one i hadn’t noticed, he’s been injured for most of the season and I presume his contract was up this summer. MK Dons must have a huge wage budget by League Two standards given the players they’ve signed, but they’re not having things all their own way as they’re only fifth - Nelson should be a very good signing at that level though provided he isn’t crocked.

He joins Nathaniel Mendez-Laing and Callum Paterson at MK Dons. Nelson and Paterson played the full 90 minutes in their 2-0 victory at Accrington yesterday, but NML is currently out injured. He has made 18 starts and scored 7 goals for them this season, though.

Some names to conjure with in the MK Dons squad for sure:

          N Mendez-Laing
          R Hepburn-Murphy
          C Lemonheigh-Evans
          K Sinclair-Linton
          D Singh-Hurditt

And they've just loaned K Thompson-Sommers to Bristol Rovers.

          :hehe:

Double barrelled surnames used to mean you are posh. I suspect these days it means your parents weren't married and you have taken both of their names.

These days, probably two of the most likely dads' surnames :hehe:

And the two mums' or two dads' names.

Perhaps Eustace wants players who can pass and control a ball.
