Not to mention the loss of revenue for all the city centre pubs on matchdays aswell.

Apart from Italy, the WRU ought to consider themselves lucky they've sold that many tickets.

The WRU have managed to switch off and annoy a significant number of hard core rugby fans, before you even mention the part-time (6nations only) fans. If they think they can attract fans to pay c£75 to watch Italy and Scotland probably beat wales again they are dreaming. A politician last week kept using the term ‘Britain is broken’. Sadly - I find it very sad as a devoted Welsh fan of early all Welsh teams - Welsh rugby is completely broken.

I saw this tweet this morning and I don't think it's right. I think the number of unsold tickets is significantly higher.

The WRU seem to have taken half of the unsold tickets off sale earlier in the week (only everyother row is now on sale) so the reality is much worse I think.

Wales v France has probably never had less than 70,000 and I think it's looking like there will be 55,000 or so.

There is a lot of anger at the WRU, coupled with how poor the team are, not helped by ticket prices and it being on a Sunday.

A graveyard would be more apt.

It can costs hundreds of pounds to watch them play, unless you just go to the game and come back without food & drinks.

Even if you do that on public transport, you wouldn't get much change from £100.
