he might have found his level, if what I heard is true about him at Bristol Rovers ( and I dont doubt it is, as the person I know was very excited when he joined them, that quickly faded ) then maybe playing at NL level might give him a wake up call he needs

We had Kanga up front when some of us were suggesting he should be given a go!
He'd started the season very well for the u21s, scoring goals and working hard on the pitch. He struggled when he did get a chance though and it's been downhill since then. A combination of the wrong loans and some attitude issues perhaps?
He's clearly talented, but what level is right for him remains to be seen.

I doubt he was ever on proper Championship wages. He was an under-21's player when he made his first team debut. Still is.

That's harsh. He ran around a bit in two cup games, not one.

No, he did well in both. The Bristol Rovers game changed completely after he came on for a sedate Kanga and we got three against Southampton when he played the full 90, although we lost the game.

Our forwards were struggling with various injury/form/fitness issues at the time while Reindorf was fit as a butcher's dog, scoring at u-21 level and a part of two encouraging first team performances.

It was understandable we were hopeful for him, as Undercover posted earlier. I'd have had him on the bench ahead of Kanga at that stage but by the time his chance did come in the Championship his goals had dried up and it didn't happen for him

Hard to know what's gone wrong since, and what went wrong at Norwich before he joined us. Maybe he needs a penny to drop, like it finally did for Mark Harris at 21, maybe he's just not good enough. Hopefully he can start turning things around in this loan spell.
