Much talk of our defence which I agree with but we have been very wasteful up front despite the goals we have scored, as bad as the opponents but we have created more to make up for it.

What do ye make of the Joel Colwill stamping in the box he got from their number 4. Happened just after the Trott one on one save.

The referee was fine. He got very little wrong. The penalty was 100% the correct decision. Really brainless stuff by Chambers. Even Ng didn’t complain about the award of a penalty for that stupid foul, and he usually complains about everything.

The ref also gave Osho the benefit of the doubt in an off-the-ball incident that could easily have seen him sent off. Had it been a Plymouth player who’d done what Osho did, certain members of this forum would be calling for his arrest.

He was fine and his 500 game experience showed.
If his Lincolnshire credentials are a concern for some them then surely they would have to accept that no Welsh referees should officiate.

Are there any Welsh refs in the EFL or Premier League now? Aren’t they restricted to the Welsh system?
