I've been watching Lincoln v Stockport.

Lincoln are an incredibly effective away team that set up as such regardless of venue. They are safety-first. They are excellent game managers. They don't try to play.

Can they succeed like that in the Championship? I am not sure but I don't think so.

One thing I do know is that City try to play lovely football and I would rather finish second with our style of play than first with Lincoln's.

Agreed, Stockport all over them second half so guaranteed late winner for Lincoln haha

Lincoln too consistent but we need to keep aiming for 1st and 2nd will be taken of in the process without the anxiety.

Big dropped points for Bolton there, thought Rotherham were awful the other week so fully expected a Bolton win.

Would be a great win today if we can manage it.

I watched the Lincoln game and although stating the obvious they're just very good at doing whatever needs to be done to win games, they're not exciting or mesmerising to watch but you always feel they've got a goal in them, a very solid unit and easily the best team in the league in terms of endeavour..
