I've just worked out that since I've been a supporter we've been promoted 7 times and relegated 5. What's everyone else's ratio?

With this season it's 10/10 out of 62 seasons so back where it all started, around 32% of my years of support has been one or the other. Think I may be content with mid table mediocrity for my twilight years

Same here, I didn't experience a promotion or a relegation in my first eleven seasons watching us. In the mid eighties, we were relegated from Division Two to Division Four in successive seasons and we went in the opposite direction between 00/01 and 02/03 - apart from them, every promotion/relegation I've experienced has seen us heading back where we came from, usually pretty quickly!

There was a time when over a [ten?] Year period the two most promoted/relegated teams in the league were Cardiff and Swansea. The first real promotion I really remember was 1993. Still my favourite season

That was my first one - the Double year.

My first game was in 1970, so 10 R and 10P if I counted right.
