Maybe a tad too soon but I wonder if there were up or down arrows on this board how this one would fare. That said RIP dAI!

:hehe: I think he'd like this.

every club has a character like Dai Hunt, Portsmouth has that tattooed lunatic in the blue and white checked top hat who refers to himself as 'Mr Pompey', Leicester has that huge bloke with the drum and the clubs badge tattooed on his entire back, and we had Dai, a bloke with a Tesco bag full of memorabilia and a mouth the size of the River Severn, a genuine old school type nutter, but he was our nutter, bless him.

RiP Dai, end of an era.

That's sad news. Didn't know him personally but from what I'd heard of him and when he was on the radio wales call on he was a character and a half.

Saw him around Cardiff plenty, don't know if it was the bobble hat or scarf but some people I live near I'd never bump into at all but I seemed to see him everywhere.

                RIP Dai.

Felt for Dai a lot of the time that he was born before neurodivergent awareness was as prevalent as it is today. It must have been tough growing up. For all the arguements he may have had as a Cardiff fan IÂ’d like to think his notoriety amongst the fanbase made him feel a sense of pride, as he was certainly a character and he absolutely loved the club.

I hope the club pay tribute to him as best they can and it would be great if a number of bluebirds were able to attend the funeral as a show of support.

                  RIP Dai, a true bluebird.

At Ninian Park our season tickets were only a couple of seats away from Dai on the BB i'm not sure if my son in law (at the time) was next to him, my wife did sit next to him for one of the games, mad as a box of frogs, sad news R.I.P Dai.
