I don't think PSG retaining the trophy is as foregone a conclusion as many think it is. If Arsenal had folded at the end of the PL, I could not see them lifting themselves up in time to take on PSG. But having got that monkey off their back, I'm sure the team believe they can win the Champions League. It's worth remembering that they are the only unbeaten team left in the competition.

As for Palace, what an incredible achievement. They deserve all the plaudits coming their way.

I'm guessing you mean the Final? If these players are just peaking after a 60 game season then something is wrong, at peak they are not. Finals are about winning, that's it.

PSG have been rotating quite a bit and turning up for the big games during the business end of the season. The battle will be Enrique v Arteta.

Well yeah, players can his a tactical peak, which probably hits in the final third of a season, but there's no way they'd be at their physical peak at this stage. Suppose it depends on what you mean.

PSG's best players get pulled early or don't feature at all during their lesser fixtures, while Arsenal haven't had that luxury.

Stat on fotmob says it all - PSG scored 18 goals in their 6 knockout matches, Arsenal conceded just 2.

Think it's tight and in that situation I'd back Arsenal.
