Ipswich Town announce that Kieran McKenna has decided to resign, before the club's Premier League campaign.
Certainly didn’t see that coming. Will anyone believe his spend more time with his family stuff? Probably not, but maybe he means it.

I’ve said before, our biggest challenge is to hang onto himOriginally posted by North Cardiff Blue View PostWe're going to have one of the best Managers in the League
He will be in demand and linked with a good number of opportunities
The plus side for us, is the board will need to match his ambition and back him
If he goes anywhere, I wouldn’t be at all surprised to see several of the youngsters follow him
Let’s hope he really does want to build something here and that the board back him all the way
While I’m at it, can we have Kellyman back as well please

Re: McKenna leaves Ipswich
Trippier told the Wolves website that it was Edwards who persuaded him to join them while the former manager was telling the media that there’d be more new signings to follow. Mad decision by Wolves made all the more so by Peixoto having a managerial CV that could be described as modest at best.

Re: McKenna leaves Ipswich
He might look at Rob Edwards and realise when it's working and you are doing well and building a good relationship with the fans and the ownwers it may be better to stay and give it a real good go and enjoy the experience while it's there, as it's very rare in football management.Originally posted by olderblue View PostI’ve said before, our biggest challenge is to hang onto him
