Receives an OBE in the King's Birthday Honours...

Steven Borley. For services to the Welsh economy across engineering, construction and sports participation (Cardiff, South Glamorgan).

Some on here seem not to like him but he's been a lifelong supporter and as far as I can tell has done a few favours for the Club as well.

The people that don’t like Borley seem to be the ones that need their ego fluffed somewhat. They want influence that they don’t deserve or command.

He not only seems like a good egg…he was the glue that held everything together for a long time.

I met his Brother in Las Vegas at the Calzaghe Hopkins fight and he gave me his number and promised me a ticket for the FA Cup final against Pompey.

Sadly, I couldn’t get back over but the offer was nice and very genuine.
