I had this too. It happens when you go in to the account and try and do something, like renew your ticket. And if it goes wrong and you have to try again it blocks off your seat! This happened to me last year and I had to get the club to sort it our for me. Do it yourself ticketing is fine.....if the system works. But this is CCFC after all.

It either means that you have already added it to your basket or possibly that your purchasing time has run out. Check basket and/or clear it and the seat should become available again to add.Originally posted by barrybloo View PostAnyone had this message when trying to renew?
