ideal time for a new manager to come in, how many times to we see managers come in and are saddled with players they dont like / need / want

I don’t see what the fuss is about.
The rebuild is there, regardless of who is the manager.
Viera has been taught by some of the finest - at the FAW - and is rumoured to be having Osian Roberts as his assistant.
He’s a young manager, being given his chance and I’d imagine that he’s ambitious and will want to show his credentials so that he can one day manage Arsenal.
