It's usually just before the sun sets, but they seem to be left open a bit longer at the moment.

It depends which bit you want to visit. Only the roses garden bit is fenced isn't it? And that has not been tended for 2 seasons. Nothing was growing in there this time last year.

During Covid they stopped closing up I believe. Unsure whether that's still the case. I live around the corner but don't tend to venture out in the evenings.
