Yesterday's figure was 1.1 million vaccinations in England (a friend's mum is about to have her second) and 0.2 million spread across the rest of the UK.....the bit where the votes dont matter so much, putting it bluntly.
Wales has vaccines we need to jab folk with a big needle all down to Welsh Goverment ability, bugger all to do with England .

Nowadays Wales is a backwater with a backwater mentality. Since the Pontcanna Taffia took over 20yrs ago we've become increasingly parochial and small-minded.

I think you will find the general publics disdain goes right across the country

On tonight's question time , an intensive care doctor sitting next to the English vaccine deployment minister tore shreds into Boris and his motley crew

Friends of hers were going into high risk places and still hadn't been given the jab

Its a disgrace but blaming drakeford without looking at how shit it is in England is a sly punch

I heard that we've trained Amazon drivers to give the jab with their deliveries. Wales will be done by Sunday, Prime customers by Friday

But none of this explains why the roll out in Wales is slower than in the rest of the UK. There has to be a reason for that shirley?

I get the impression that there was no attempt from the Welsh government to roll out the Pfizer vaccine to the over 80s. They were sitting tight over Christmas hoping and praying that the Oxford vaccine would be cleared in quick time, but they still have show a speeding up of its implementation.

You think whilst doing nothing with the Pfizer one, they’d be ready for the far easier Oxford one.....

Gethin said Wales will be at the same speed as the rest of the UK. But not given targets.

Johnson and the vaccine minister have said 13.9m by mid Feb. The vaccine minister also said all the 9 groups by Spring.

Lets see where we are mid Feb. If Johnson doesnt hit his target its been too much rubbish all the way through. I think that should be it. He will have to go. Ok if hes very close fair enough.

Whatever the rest of the Uk manage Gethin and Drakeford have to live up to what they have said which is they will be up to the same levels as the rest of the UK whatever that is. Again very close is fair enough.

Both have to deliver. Lets hope this time its not bullsh!t and these amounts of vaccines are rolled out.

According to the Prime Minister 23% (650,000) of the over-80s in England have received 1 dose of vaccine. So what is the percentage in Wales?
