If let's say the allocation in the Sheffield United away end is 3000 seats then no way would we take much more than 1000 unless we were in pole position

This isn't just SUFC trying to fleece away fans. The tickets are the same prices for home fans (on the day). So, enough fans are buying tickets at that crazy price, so they can't really moan when the prices stay the same.

Cardiff "doing the right thing" is different, they know that with the economics of South Wales that raising the price to £30 a ticket would see a drastic reduction in the home crowds.

If a ticket is too much, or you think a club is taking the piss, the answer is simple. Don't go.

Leeds were charging away fans £39 last season.

Some people still paid it but as I remember it most clubs tried to organise a boycott - with partial success.

It didn't change Leeds' rip off prices, but they sold a lot fewer tickets to away fans than they expected.

Might not be a good indicator though, with today's circumstances. Although saying that this entire season might not be a good indicator for that same reason

Exactly. The prices aren't too high if people are willing to pay them.
