Why get the staff in for a few hours the day before to fill the fridges when you can just serve it from the crate and people will still buy it.. They won't even take care when pouring it and you'll have a half froth mess.

They get staff in early to pour a shedload of pints to save time when serving.
Sot only is the beer warmer than it should be, it is flat as a pancake.

I had some yesterday, and contrary to my post above, the bottle was opened and poured in front of me.
I have to say it tasted quite nice, despite the flimsy plastic cup.

I believe they pre pour pints to save time, not such a time waster to open and pour a bottle I suppose.
