Problem with Skygo......

this problem is with my laptop only, i put sky on yesterday to watch the footy all went well until i tried to play it (401/3) then it wouldnt play. No play or sound except for this ever thing was normal.
Tried shutting down and restarting un-installing and re-installing but to know joy.Tried bbc,utube,and bt and all worked perfect.
Any ideas whats wrong !!!.

PS: my sky tv works ok.

PS: my sky tv works ok.

Sky's software is crap. NowTV is desperately crap. I can switch off one device to watch on another, and get a message telling me that I am already watching on two devices. I'm not even watching on one. I have complained to NowTV who couldn't be less interested. So, I have ended my subscription.
