9394 at the game. Are there restrictions on numbers attending games in Spain? If not seems very low for a La Liga game or is it the norm?

Looking at the other games all attendances are low, must be restrictions there.

Even Barca last week had 20k. We were almost bigger than them.

Restricting Cardiff City Stadium to 50% would make very little difference to attendances judging by the first two games.
