THE LECKWITH BUILDING DEVELOPMENT?

I must have been asleep because tonight is the first time i have seen this :facepalm:
I always enter the stadium from the Sloper Road side and the last time i passed the Leckwith side the big dome was there.
Can someone tell me what development is being built :sherlock:

I thought Cardiff owned that area?

If you mean Cardiff City, the football club doesn’t own any of the land in the Leckwith area.
