You would play Brown. What the hell have you seen in him that makes you think that's a good idea?

Think that last sentence is a little unfair. Vaulks is a headless chicken that makes Harry Arter look composed, and Bacuna is Bacuna, but Pack, Ralls and Bowen (when he plays) all regularly show for the ball and come deep. They just get completely chinned off because Flint has spotted a ball on in the sixth row of the stand (or because Mick has told them to launch it whenever they have it).

Brown should be no-where near, ever wearing a Cardiff City shirt again.
He shouldn't play centre back because he was bad playing at LWB?

He's nailed on starter for Mick as he can hoof it with the best of them
He was out of position to be fair to him where the others are in a more natural place and still looked as bad

When they're on form, every one of them is good at stopping the opposition, but that's what they should be good at, it's the minimum requirement for a defender. Stopping other players is much easier than showing a bit of control, balance, intelligence on the ball etc. Evidence for that is the fact that Robbie savage made a top flight career out of it, although he had the luxury of being able to give the ball to players who could create.

Teams have sussed us, let our back 9 have the ball, they will give it back after the second or third move because they are so limited and have no options. What a luxury for the opposition, a manager, set of players and tactics that work for them! It's pretty simple, let Cardiff hang themselves, don't play their physical game, don't go chasing the ball. Chances will arise simply due to us having the ball. The worst thing for us is anything over 40% possession. That's how Intrinsic our anti football style of play is.

              There you have it.

Na, he's just shite where ever he plays.

He can't turn, can't run, he can't even launch the ball forward.

Also noticed he was consistently beaten in the air by the smaller player last night so his athletic ability is questionable too

It's an all time low when all the opposition have to do is keep their shape and wait for the ball to come back to them, they don't even have to press. We are ****ed. Last season, teams decided to get at us and press higher-up. Not now. They don't have to.

Cant blame the players when played out of position by their useless manager and told to hoof the ball whenever possible to our best player who sat on the bench.

                      McCarthy out

Nelson is absolute rubbish and Phillips needs a break. Come to think of it that applies to nearly all our team; can we loan some reserve team from the National League? We may see an improvement!

Mick said that he did well and that he was correct with his decision to play 5 at the back.

I wish I was joking but he said this.

To say he's a limited player is an understatement.. League One player at best!
I have seen him play well and showed promise particular under Harris, he was a Div 1 player developing into a Championship ,that progression has indeed been halted

Without a doubt, there have been times when he's rolled up his sleeves and really got stuck in, however, the quality has never been there.

To be fair Brown has been playing better (in his two games), than Morrison or Nelson. Play him at CB instead alongside Flint. We needed two new full backs in the summer and bought nobody. So we have Ng, Sand and McGuinness playing right back in successive games and Bagan or Brown at left back every other game! Mad.
