  • Teas

I bought a box of Yorkshire Tea: Malted Biscuit Flavour when I was back in Wales. Anyone else tried it?

Brings back memories of dunking biscuits in tea at my gran's. I just know it will turn out to be some wicked chemical engineering but it's pretty gorgeous.

Anyone tried the Strawberry Jam variety?

      Re: Teas

Love a green, peppermint, ginger, chamomile but not a big fan of the fruity teas, as Rjk says that's just hot squash 😂

        I'm an Assam man myself.
It always amazed me in my early career at Lyons that their instant "tea" contained no tea whatsoever!

In my mind they're infusions and not tea. A nice mild Ceylon or a strong Assam is what I think of as tea.

English Breakfast or Assam. Got into some red-fruit teas over lockdown.

Had a 'salted caramel' tea the other week which was grotesque and made me cough.

Tea should be served with a little milk but no sugar.

Whilst not teas, hot ribena is a treat, as is lemon and honey.

Coffee is rank and tastes of petrol.

I've tried it, was too sweet for me.

I think yorkshire have gone downhill tbh, someone suggested Barry's Irish tea to me recently and I prefer it.

I just buy Typhoo and dunk Rich Teas into it. Tastes exactly like dipping a Rich Tea into a cuppa.

You have obviously drank enough petrol to know.

Birchall Tea for me , via Amazon if you like strong black tea its the best , buy in bulk much cheaper per bag than supermarkets stuff.

Its a blend of black teas from East Africa's .
