Get people in who know what is needed to run a football club competently.
Take the majority of this squad with them.
Gutless.
Kumar , Ridsdale , Hammam and Tan plus a few more have all been clueless.. Many laughed at the americans down west but it would seem they can run a club better than the lot i've just mentioned.
Although i will say that one good thing is under Tan we won't go into admin

And what's that got to do with the club as we are currently?
If we are to achieve anything then changes need to be made and now. McCarthy leaving changes nothing if the manager is still being overseen by the Chuckle Brothers and Tan.
McCarthy should have been gone weeks ago. Tan et al dropped another bollock not hiring Steve Cooper when he was available. The ponderous and unimaginative nature of the current regime is astounding.

It smacks of not interested from owner right through to players on the pitch.
Let's be honest - they have put off sacking him, because they can't afford to. They also don't want to pay for a new manager, and the players he'll want to sign. Cost-cutting got us where we are today, and cost-cutting is making it worse.

Young, forward thinking manager, local, supports the club.
They are either veeeery dense, or are too busy elsewhere to notice the big, huge gift-horse sitting directly in front of them.

They can afford to sack him. Either that or we potentially end up in league 1. The latter is a far bigger hit to our finances than the former
RT @OptaJoe: 6 - Cardiff City have lost each of their last six league matches, two more than they did through Mick McCarthy's first 28 games in charge of the club (4). It's the first time they've lost six league games on the bounce since November 1985 under Alan Durban. Misery.
