Players gone off the pitch, medical incident in the crowd, Spurs players alerted the ref who stopped the game. One of the physios went in the crowd with a defibrillator. Players waited for a bit on the sidelines, eventually the ref went over, spoke to a steward then a policeman. Then decided to take the players off with 7 minutes left in the half.
