This is as bad as it gets, it really is. We were never very good, but Mick and Tel have managed to make us 50% worse than we were last season. Fair play, that takes some doing. Anyone who possessed an element of ability has had that knocked out of them, players who thrived on effort, belief and desire are like flowers dying off in Autumn. There's simply nothing left, not one player even putting in a 6 of a performance. No positives. This is rock bottom.

Id give Smithies 8.

For me our worst striker for 10 years

They’re all so slow at everything they do. They’ve all got this weird thing where they take more touches (and painfully slowly)than they need to

That little purple patch when Collins brought out that good save from the keeper and Flint hit the post showed what we are capable of and that there is something for a new manager to work with.

Colwill made a mess of his chance but showed some good control and movement in that spell.

But we need much, much more of it
