From what I can gather, he’s been involved with Sarajevo, but the story above appears to talk about him in a City context or have they got confused and assumed a tweet referring to Sarajevo is about us?

I think they're getting confused there as also this weekend Sarajevo have replaced their CEO or some similar role

from a rudimentary search on the internet, he's described as a serial entrepreneur.
seems to have been a former professional football player, who fled Bosnia as a refugee, and set up a furniture business in LA, also involved with some kind of mask/PPE business for sports people.
I wonder if he was involved with LAFC at the same time as Tan
