        Here is a story, of a possible tsunami, to hit the Bristol Channel, causing immense damage and loss of life in Wales, just over 400 years ago !

          It is an interesting topic though, I remember being taught that there were more lives lost on the English side of the Bristol Channel, which seems to disagree with that article. It is said that mass graves from the flooding were in Blacktown in Marshfield.
