Good builder/trader recommendation that can deal with damp issues

Looking for a good reliable builder or specialist who can help me out with a damp wall in my house.
I hesitate to say I’m looking for a ‘damp proofer’ as that often ends in a debate to the methods of damp proofing courses etc!
Any recommendations would be appreciated! I am in the Cardiff (Grangetown) area, cheers.

Either crown damp or capital damp in Cardiff, the second is cheaper but first slightly better 👍
