The January Transfer window

Much has already been said and written about us not doing any transfer business during January.
Appointing Morrison would work with that strategy whereas I feel sure that attracting the right new manager and not enabling them to sign players would be far more difficult.
Whoever is in charge, we need to improve the midfield.

Hopefully we can get Wintle back and he is an improvement.

Absolutely right, Wintle has good reviews and is mobile and can pass which is more than can be said for Pack & Vaulks,
Pack & Vaulks cannot fit into the new managers game plan and are out of contract this season so bite the bullet and offload them in January.
Morrison has his work cut out though even with a footballing midfield who is going to play it out from the back ?
