Pretty much, I think even having them on one leg at times has helped bring the best out of the rest of the squad.

It's not just about Sigurdsson. A number of players linked including Gunnarsson. The Icelandic FA under massive pressure for how they've handled it, players not turning up to play for various reasons and the fans turning their back on the team due to all the noise around it. Think we'll hear a lot more about it in the next 12 months tbh.
