    Re: Personalised Number Plates

I'll own up. I've got one. I bought a vehicle in 2003 with the registration plate on it. I later found out it was worth £3500 so I have transferred it to my vehicles ever since.

He's clearly got the time to do so

            Good luck to him

You are a miserable tart and you are only 26

You need to sort yourself out

26 with a 15 year old daughter. I was a shagger in my day.

You've got the time to do it.

I do appreciate a good private number plate.
I have one that’s my name - but been on retention for 18 years!

But working in the motor trade they are a pain in the arse to administer on and off of vehicles, especially when the grantee and the nominees don’t match up.
Also the time delay in getting the replacement retentions and V5C.

There is absolutely no doubt that personalised plates are part of an ego trip of monstrous proportions.

                  My wife has them.

Sadly the Vegan van has gone on to a new home. Much as we loved doing it , our time is more precious these days .

A lot of time to give up I suppose.

Really fancied trying that as well.

I know a couple of people with food vans, it's all about the pitch. Get the right one and the food doesn't even have to be that great (but obviously helps for repeat customers and word of mouth business)

The one in ponty b&q is awful but they always look busy, they close early enough as well so must be making their money.

Is this animosity because my car sailed through its MOT on Friday?
