Just finished watching on the Itv hub.
Just thought it was worth having a thread on a brilliant piece of moving television.
Team rivalries aside that tragedy and the subsequent cover up could have happened to all of us back then.

Agree with you. Sometime or other we’ve all been in big crowds swaying back and forth, without a care in the world ,just having a laugh with your mates, not thinking of possible danger at any time. In those days, it wasn’t even talked about. It was part and parcel of going to a big game. Unfortunately, it took a major tragedy to get something done, to make attending big sporting events a safer prospect for both young and old. These days, it’s the only way.
